It's a clit hood piercing. Very few women want their actual clit pierced.

It's very painful but not as bad as tongue. Got both nipples, tongue and hood x

I had both nipples pierced at same time, left one was pain free, right one hurt like hell ( well for 30 seconds or so).

Left one healed fairly quickly, right one though took couple months longer.

Don't regret having them done though
