Thinking of taking up yoga.. to make body flexible
Anyone do yoga ...what benifits do you gain
How long does it take to get reasonably good at it ...I have a class near me only 5 a hour so nit allot |

I have been doing Yoga for about 4 years now. It has incredible benefits!
My back and pelvis were out of alignment due to injury, yoga sorted that out after weeks.
It tones you up, it relaxes you, it gives you a great sense of mindfulness and you learn a lot about your body
You’ll thank yourself for it! |
