Depends what you want the outcome to be, and your time constraints etc.
I'd always champion outside. It engages your core, you can add inclines better than you can on a treadmill (unless you have opted for a really expensive one). Being outdoors is good for your mental health, it's not boring. You can be sociable if you want to be. You can do it anywhere..... |

I have been walking daily...weather turning now so have purchased a basic treadmill thinking I can walk whatever the weather...not sure if one is better on joints etc ...got a great tan this year walking daily |
