I’m really struggling to get to grips with this site, probably due to the Guy to girl Ratio however does anyone have any advice on what I could be doing better?

Why discreet if your partner knows. No need to put it in the title.
Get rid of your first paragraph.
"always take her lead" is ambiguous. Are you submissive? Or trying to say you'll always respect limits, if the latter that should be a given that doesn't need to be clarified.
