have a look at some single guy profiles, see how they 'introduce' themselves and follow their lead. You dont say what you can offer or anything about yourself, so why do you think anyone would contact you over someone else?. Pic, although it shows your face, is pretty offputting because of how it is taken. It is difficult to take a pic of yourself I know, but try something a bit better than just a snap taken in work.
