If you like being near the sea in Brighton make sure you don’t move too far inland - I did and miss the coast.

Also the weather in Sussex is better than many parts - up North!

But some of the countryside is stunning and lots of nice towns and cities

We moved from Hertfordshire to Derbyshire the Midlands def no regrets. People very friendly great scenery and house prices way cheaper than Herts
