I think there should be a section on fab where you can share the usernames of time wasters and abusive users, me an my pal spent 4 weeks getting a gangbang organised for yesterday 2nd, couple messaged an yes we’re on our way from north east, then heard nothing by time they was supposed to arrive, had to tell everyone who turned up it was sadly off and then the couple disappear off fab to come back an hour later under another name
Really pisses me off after all the trouble we went to and to be let down without a word |

Same here. And even if the person you've been chatting with doesn't turn up or there is no spark, there are other people in that may take your fancy. Or there are great club facilities to use. |

Literally this! 
If people are frequently having issues with 'timewasters' then the issue will generally lie with their own actions, lack of communication and poor vetting practices.
The site gives the means to make contact with people.
It doesn't offer anything else. No guarantees. No proof that any site user is who they claim to be or will stick to any arrangements made.
You are responsible for being as thorough in your vetting as you feel you need to be. And when things go wrong you can't blame the site.

Because a lot on here can't take rejection.
Some peoples idea of a time waster is very different to others.
I was branded a time waster when I refused to get out of bed at 1am and meet someone immediately. His idea of this site was you should only be online if you were ready to fuck straight away.
Extreme example yes but he named and shamed me on his status which I then reported. |

We've been stood up 24 times . In with them weve booked 6 hotels at our expense and theyve gone to waste. Travelled 80 miles for one meet = no show . One stunning 25 year female turned out to be a 50 year old guy wi a big chin .. one guys flat we visited had at least 15 laptops opened up all round his room .. fucking weird or what then we get the occasional .. just read your profile and who the fuck do you think you two are .. it's a shame as fab could be a lot better with out the messers. |

It’s well documented on here that organised gang bangs have high failure rates.
I’ve often read posts from well established couples stating that maybe one, two if they’re lucky, guys turn up out of ten that swore they’d be there.
People get cold feet, life on Fab I’m afraid.
Block, move on and get more selective.
Naming and shaming is open to abuse.

What if they had turned up but decided they weren’t feeling it, they would technically still be classed as time wasters right….suck it up and move on, naming and shaming anyone doesn’t resolve anything because like you stated they can just easily make up another account. Had you spoken to them over the phone? A lot of people have this idea of swinging when intoxicated? Was they d*unk or on other band substances. |

A couple of questions, given your high rate of being stoodup.
Do you have any means of contact off the site before heading for a meet? Surely a phone call or video chat would have easily prevented the issue with a guy pretending to be a woman?
Sure - the laptop guy you couldn't have predicted but that could happen with anyone.
The point being if you've really been stood up 24 times then maybe it's worth re-evaluating your approach?

we spoke to them on here and on the phone and they spoke to us yesterday morning to say they was on their way then nothing

There's no doubt some unverified would turn up. There are also loads of fake profiles with fake veris. As said above, it's up to the individual to take responsibility for who they communicate with. Personally we only chat with verified couples, and are savvy at spotting the fake profiles and veris. |
