Bit confused why the OP has felt the need to post so meny identically themed threads? (pressing the green arrow works wonders) most not responded too....
Personally any lady or couple could organise their own and would probably be safer by having an idea on who they are actually meeting or better still just go to a greedy girl night in a club?
Hotels are a plenty and not even that expensive.
Also looking in the meets section there is often couples who organise gangbangs regularly so would have thought that the "service" is already well catered for?
