Maybe clothes may improve things.

I do like wearing a shirt. It it doesn’t help me looking any older and as for trousers there not something I’d usually wear or think about wearing and thankyou for your advice |

However the camera angles don't help, nor do your facial expressions.
Try getting out somewhere local (perhaps the Minster, down by the river or a local park) and taking a couple of smiling selfies. |
