There are other ways to get verified other than in person and social meets are a soft landing for people want to get verified through a real meet!

I'm guessing what he meant by having been here before was that he'd been as equally impatient and put in as little effort last time too.
Obviously we'll never know if he was going to take any of the advice he'd been given on board. |
