I would say curvy is more descriptive of someone’s shape as opposed to their size; a lady can be slim and curvy. Equally, a larger lady isn’t always necessarily curvy.
I personally don’t have a preference. I think different women carry their size and shape differently.
Either way, I think it’s safe to say that vast majority of women are self conscious about parts of their body - slim, plus-size, curvy, no curves, athletic, petite, tall, short - we all have hang-ups and always will.
Well done on losing weight; just do you and forget what other people prefer…you’ll never please everyone, nor should we have to. Your body tells a story, embrace and love it xx |

Almost all woman are curvy, as it is a figure, a shape not a size.
A fairer questiom would be Bbw v athletic or if we were going by the scales used by the GPs, medical assessments it would be women in the overweight and / or obsese categories vs women in normal body weight / BMI range.
I've met women who would be classes as normal BMI figure, healthy weight with the most incredible hour glass figure and curves.
I've posted this in the hopes it stops this becoming a BBW love in at the expense of gym, fit, slim, normal bmi weight women. All women of all shapes and sizes are beautiful and have their admirers.

I'm only just beginning to embrace my curves and wobbly bits and not try and cover up like I used to in front of others. I'm experiencing the wonderful world of swinging with my hubby and I know my body turns him on so what does it matter if others don't like it, they obviously aren't for us x |

Either! but I prefer curvy - more cushion for pushing lol. Its great when a curvy woman just lets her hang ups go and be the scintillating sensual sexual woman she is. My missus refers to certain bits about her body she dislikes- so I hold her and caress her in those places whist we make love or fuck.
Woman have such pressure on them to look like this or that, diet, be everything to everyone.
Its all adverts and media that make you girls look at your bodys negatively. Ignore all the airbrushed digitally manipulated images of models an celebs.my missus says "learn to love yourself for who you are" and "If a person puts you down because of your looks, they're just projecting their own insecurities on to you and not seeing the great person that you are"
Just my humble opinion |

All women are gorgeous, whether they are curvy or slim.
Personally I like curves. I like a similar body shape to mine, big boobs, slimmer waist and big booty, but I also very much appreciate slim women with boobs and butt too! |

One only has to look at the Top Fabbed photos to see that slim women, (or ‘normal’, as you call them), are not in any way disadvantaged on Fab! |

"A curvy woman’s Pussy can feel much tighter than a slim one "
This is something people seldom realise. When I got slim, I was told I needed a larger diaphragm (contraceptive ‘cap’). We put on weight internally, too, it seems!
I knew there had to be one small benefit to being fatter. Yay! |

I think the definition of curvy has changed over the years. Curvy used to mean an hour glass shape. Today it means many things to different people. I have seen people call themselves fabulous who are actually quite small in size and stature.
I prefer to get to know someone, irrespective of how they see themselves, but in answer to the op, I like curvy but in the hourglass way, I also like slim. |

We prefer curvy but most important we just want people to feel comfortable with who they are. Body positivity is important to us. |

Either (or rather, all). I always say "sexy isn't a shape". I find some people attractive, some not, some irresistible, and it has little to do with their dress size.
Just don't ask me what sexy is. It's something to do with attitude and confidence and being comfortable with yourself, but that's not exactly it. I know it when I see it. |

I like a sexy, sensual woman, with an erotic mind and a and a slightly kinky, sexual nature.....
When a woman feel sexy she looks sexy..... and when she explicitly wants you in an erotic way it's hard not to find her incredibly desirable whatever shape of body she has.... Seduce my mind and I'll lust after you curvy, or petite lol |

Curvy or slim- it doesn’t really matter so long as you’re comfortable being you. To me the sexiest women are those that say “fuck it, this is me, warts and all” |

For me a curvy woman holds huge character and charisma. Life is a place now driven by social media that can be unkind to the curvaceous woman at times. We are given surroundings to present ourselves in, and if we don't fit the bill in ppl eyes so be it. Be happy in your skin and live your life to the max.. |

I personally think you're body is wonderful the way you are.
I am a firm believer that body shape shouldn't shape a persons opinion of another as much as it seems to in current society.
As cliche as it may sound, it it the person inside that counts. We all have much more to offer the world around us than just our bodies. |

We prefer curves on a woman, big booty and big boobs but attitude, confidence and enthusiasm are quite important as well. As long as you are happy and confident with your shape that’s all that matters, be proud with what you have |

Curvy every time. I'll say the same to you as a compete stranger as I do to my family, lose weight for yourself only if that's what you want not to please anyone else. Be yourself, happy with who and what you are, I'm sure people who meet you on here will be happy, I know I would. |

Some of the comments aimed at the slim….”skeletons” or “bags of bones” are a little unfair!
There are people who are simply naturally skinny and petite.
We hear enough about fat shaming etc but it should work both ways.
Just my opinion xx |

If asked this question a few years ago I would definitely say slimmer. 8 to 12 max, maybe 14 at a push. Now I'm more wide (no pun intended) ranging and appreciate the female form in all its shapes and sizes.

Every body is a beautiful body! All that counts is that you're happy and confident in yourself! I'm a size 18 myself and I used to HATE not being slim like i used to be. But the guys I have met here have proved I am still sexy, and they come back for more! It's done wonders for my confidence...which makes me sexier |

My personal opinion is that it should work both ways I agree but it doesn't. Body shaming is reprehensible for whatever reason. If the boot was on the other foot this thread would be alright with people complaining
