I am a newbie and noticed a lot of profiles state suitable male required which seems a bit vague. So question is are females looking for you buff males that are hung like a horse or is there room for normal blokes. |

Many are happy with average men, with a good sense of humour and attitude.
Some do seek young /buff men and usually state it on their profile.
Just a word of advice, many will avoid a profile that has no public pics op. |

What really goes against you on this site is not age or anything else.......it's being a single male! We get charged to go to parties (when they were going ahead), IF we can get on the invite list and unfortunately no one wants to meet, message or socialise anymore.......and that was pre-corona as well. Just come to the chat rooms now for whitty banter and don't expect anything else anymore, but am always pen for surprises! |

We find it to be that women who can't accomadoate have kids, men who can't accommodate, have wives
Obviously not a hard fast rule, but the amount of "single" guys on here who can't accommodate because "their children live with them" defy all statistics.

Totally understand your point. But look at it from the hosts perspective. 4 couples, 2 single females, and 43 single guys doesn't make a good party for anyone going.
As a couple, we wouldn't ever go to a party without confirming the guest list, and the number of single guys would put us off going. If everyone felt the same, the party would be 43 guys wondering where all the girls were.
This isn't knocking single guys, just a genuine observation. |

As a single lady I feel it's not a good party when we are compared to say 2 females to 1 couple I prefer single men and if there is more couples going than single males then its going to make it hard for me to find a suitable play mate  |

There is a lot of advice available on this site, on which the ratio of males to females is exceptionally high; so you have to stand out.
Post good quality classy pics to the site, clothed in various forms of attire, but no cock pics.
Get a more sophisticated name.
Reword your profile to appear more alluring.
Team up informally with a woman to form a couple, and your chances of success will increase exponentially.

My first social was in Paisley.
Met a good few people through that.
CJ's. I know some guys are anti clubs, but CJ's hold mixer nights.
You will be surprised when you can put a face to a profile.

I think Norfolk Suffolk & Essex must be different then as no socials accepting single males unless you’re on a (very) shortlist, or are prepared to pay £15+. As a lot have already said.....be patient, be yourself and just keep trying; but 2 years???? Also I’ve tried seeing what’s happening in other parts of the country if working away but so far all areas the same.
Have to say am used and resigned to how things happen on here and so as I’ve already said too. I’m not holding my breath to ever meet anyone via fab; but I do still seriously enjoy the quizzes and banter etc in some chat rooms. Of course if now we can meet again I do suddenly find a couple, single woman or party/social to go to then a happier man I would be too......fab is still a great free fun site and you just have to not have any expectations. |

That's a bit shit. All the socials I have been to are non play events and don't limit the amount of single males.
A fee is normally required to offset the cost of the venue and the buffet.
The location (not the area) are normally announced the day before.

It's the old supply and demand issue.
I don't think I've ever been on a closed list and to be honest if an event is that particular on who can attend I don't think I would want to attend.
The couple that organise socials in Scotland don't cap the amount of single males.
What they have found is as soon as they ask for payment to secure a place, the majority of single guys flake out and go into radio silence lol.

Some really good points made and I will take it on board.
But an observation from some profiles who a
State the are married woman and cant accomodate with no picture and will only chat if you have a face pick. There are quite a few profiles like that so would anyone agree that this is completely taking advantage of the male to female ratio |

I totally agree Naughty Nick. I joined a few months back and I've had nothing yet. And ok I am almost too old for swinging but if my age is acceptable on a profile then I feel I am in the frame. I've had a few chats but that's it. Very few replies to the 100'a of messages I sent. It does appear that it is a site more for couples. One couple asked why I couldn't accommodate. I can't cause my daughter and kids are living with me at present. They just replied they had heard all the excuses before. But that's my situation. How would they feel if I invited them to my home for a 3some and my daughter and kids there. My daughter would murder me LOL. One female did say she felt sorry for single males cause it is So difficult for them. So that's the bottom line. Single guys. As you say Nick. Don't expect much from this site.
Oh and in regard to messages. I put the effort in. There's no just a, "Hi", or," want to fuck". I always say a few sentences and I'm not rude.

I've been here a while now & haven't met anyone so far but I feel that's mainly my fault as I'm very selective while most guys will fuck whatever comes their way.
Not into plus size women or woman with kids & I also won't play with another man's woman so that's well over half the site out of order to me.
Then when I do finally find someone I like they turn out to be a gold digger wanting gifts & shit off the internet before they'll even meet for a drink.
This site has become the new plenty of fish! |
