Hi,
Pretty new to the site and never used the forum, so any tips..?
Dont know if there is a protocol for joining topics or threads or can i just jump in.

Worth adding that when going for the 'Reply with quote' option there is sometimes no real need to keep re-quoting a whole string of previous quoted replies.
A bit of judicious editing of the frequently ever growing narrative down to just the bit you are specifically replying to is not a bad idea.
Keeps it snappy. |

But seriously, if you are replying to someone in particular then use the 'reply with quote' link so they know it's intended for them.
Some of the political/virus threads can be quite heavy. If that's your thing then wade on in, just remember there's still a person on the other side of the debate.
Welcome to the forums, join in, pass the lockdown, and maybe even make a few connections to take forward into safer times. |
