We had lessons with a lady in London. Look for someone that's properly trained and can answer any questions. You'd expect them to have a website. It's not seedy and there are no happy endings. If anyone is offering this walk away as it's not what it's about. |

Thanks for your fast reply. I have emailed someone so will wait for reply.  they have website and offer classes but looks quite expensive but very interesting direction to go. Have you had any experience of Tantra? |

Yes it will be expensive, we had 3x2hour private sessions and it was hundreds of pounds but worth it. I think she also offered group sessions but we were less comfortable with that idea.
We've only practiced with each other and yet to find anyone we'd 'use' it with, but it's worth learning regardless  |

I learned through books/videos that a local spiritual shop sold, and via mail order (yes it was pre internet) and then attended a couple of residential courses with a friend. Regular practice and patience are key. It’s not going to happen over night, and will be frustrating. I don’t tend to bring these techniques to play meets, other than through my own skill set which has been greatly influenced by Tantra. For a beginner I’d google the 21 orgasm challenge (I do this at least once a year) daily videos and reading are provided. If you can get through it you should feel the benefits and be ready to go further, if you can’t hack it then it’s probably not for you. |
