I need to get a verification of some sort as I wanna get some meets going at some point but I feel this might be getting in the way?

The next easiest way is to sign up for an organused social (when they start up again)
They are really good fun and I'm sure you'll get verified from that. |

Verifications are mainly good for checking people out for meetings. As there aren’t going to be many of those for some time, I wouldn’t worry too much.
But, contribute to the forums or chat rooms, if you get friendly with someone off the back of that, then ask them to cam verify you.
The only downside is cam verified isn’t anywhere near as good as being verified in real life. So a social or club would be your best bet after lockdown
