Do any single males / married but looking have a view about whether upgrading to silver / gold is helpful?
Despite what I hope is a good genuine profile and polity non pushy emails I am getting nothing... it's depressing ! |

You have only been on here for two weeks give it time!
And we find paying our fiver beneficial as we like to share our pics, and can keep tracks on our emails!  |

yeah i find it a usefull tool to help get meets but buying it alone wont help you need to use the tools yourself and have an amazing profile as possible to get meets,
but do like the following options
1) looked at me
2) extra photo capacity/quicker approval
3) user notes - good for when people just delete your message or say no, you can leave a note saying the response
4) last activitiy - i like how it says when u and them last emailed, or winked
5) messages in threads not single messages so can see last replies
all good features if you contact people and have a bad memory what you last said to someone and what happened last with them. plus looked at me you can see if anyone keeps looking, |

Know how you feel.
Been on site over 12 months.
Nobody interested in single guys.
So Give it time. at least 12 months in my case..... still waiting

In my humble opinion, upgrading and photo verifying works, also put a face pic on your profile,i believe this shows you are more genuine unlike a lot of the timewasters on here who give us all a bad name. Also be yourself when messaging people and be honest, oh and don't cut and paste message, they stand out like a sore thumb. Obviously though you just may not be to everyones taste. Good luck though! |

With such a high opinion of yourself, classing yourself as goolooking, then surely you should share your beauty with the females you want to meet?...Put a face pic up, you need to make an effort to stand out. Its ok blowing your own trumpet saying you are goodlooking (puts us off straightaway), but you need to prove it before females/couples will message you! |

as yet again another 'single' male, that wont put face pic on profile. Obviously something to hide from your wife, eregardless of what excuses you make. Your 64 and while we are not ageist, you already have a limited audience (rightly or wrongly, we are not judging)...make an effort, face pic, advertise what you CAN DO, not advertise whats dropping off/falling out etc.
