In principle, yes.
In practice, no. Way too far away.
Some people will be put off by your age, don't worry about it, there is nothing you can do. However, you'll find someone if you stay positive and show yourself in a good light.
Make use of the forums and chatrooms for now, and get to know people that might be able to meet at some point in the future. when the world returns to some sort of normality get yourself along to organised socials or clubs.
