Hey there...
I’d set up a couples profile at around 6pm last night and provided the required verification photo. The comments on the page highlighted it takes an hour.
However, some 16 hours later, no news?
Is there a delay in processing at the moment? |

As an aside. It’s worth noting to admin that if verification photos for new accounts are taking 24hrs or more, it might be worth changing the 1hr statement made on the upload page.

Photo mods are volunteers. Given the current situation it might just be that those volunteers are otherwise engaged. If you don't have it approved by tomorrow then click the 'contact us' link below. |

It will normally mean the pic isn't right for one reason or another. If you ask Admin from the contact button they will look into it for you
