Why is it if I try and load a pic I am faced with strict fab rules and yet I see 100s of pictures with no one in them just sex toys, or heavily filtered, or effects on them, why 1 rule for 1, and 1 for the rest,, very frustrating

I have to upload mine about three times each until they get past the "no watermarks" rule

This is the same argument as why do some people her caught speeding, and why do others get away with it.
