As we are and paid for three months by card, can’t find us nor can we use site and we keep sending verification picture

Ok, didn’t know that and I put it in my single profile so how can I get to change it on the couple profile ? If it doesn’t come up

It’s not for this profile!, and I’ve had no issues with this profile, we are trying to get onto our couples profile which is new, it worked , then it didn’t saying we needed to verify us with pic which we have now done

It takes a while for the picture verification to be approved

When did you last upload a verification image for approval?

Being a site supporter makes no difference.

His profile isn't up for discussion. It would also help if you are going to tell people the rules of the site that you would make sure it was correct. POF is fine

To the OP, check that the pic has the both of you on it while holding the sign with the site and username on it...if it has, ask Admin from the contact button to check it for you
