Photo verification failed twice

Hi all,
Our photo verification has failed twice now but without reason. Our second one clearly shows both our faces and our profile name and Fabswingers.com, other than a full body shot what more can we do ? We have done what is asked ? |

I had one rejected once because it wasn't entirely clear that I was holding the piece of paper with the details on. In other words, the picture not only needs to have your face and the bit of paper but it must be clear that the hand holding it is connected to you |

It took us 3 attempts to pv. First one the paper was a bit hard to read as I wrote it in a small print (we think). The second one we couldn't see anything wrong with our pic. Only the next day when we've looked again I said to hubby "I look so much taller than you in the pic". So we double checked our heights and that's where the problem was. When we've wet years ago we were the same height and that's what I've put in the profile. Turns out I have grown and he has shrank since  We didn't realize it until we saw it in the picture.
So we corrected the heights in the profile, resubmitted the last pic and it all went through.

That won't be the case.
To answer the question, normally it is either not showing a hand holding the paper / not having both the site and username on the paper / uploading it as a normal pic or not clear enough to moderate.
If anyone is having trouble always ask Admin from the contact button and they will look at it for you |
