We've got a sign/notification that we have one unread message but there isn't a message to read!

Anyone know how to get rid of it its playing games with my OCD

Switch back to old style inbox and then open any unread messages. once that's done, switch back to the new inbox. worked for me. i think its a bug that happens occasionally

Are you sure it isn't hiding under the first page of messages, so out of view?

How do you change the inbox style?

We've deleted every email in our inbox but it still displaying one unread message.

I just deleted all emails and it’s gone now.

Strange how it happened but thanks for your suggestions
