I made a complaint earlier about a profile user making comments and I needed to report him even though he had blocked me yet my post has not been deleted from the site help forum why did I not get reply I think someone that makes comments about such nature should be removed from the site |

The above seems right, it also seems the mod didn't issue a ban for breaking site rules.
If you just report Admin will look at your report and deal with if needed. If he has blocked you you can report from the mail |
