Hi, my friend is trying to start a new profile, but having issues getting her photo verification. She tried all night, deleted and tried again. Just keeps showing as pending, but can’t do anything until it is.
She’s asked me to ask if anyone knows of anyone else having this issue xx |

It’s stuck on that page and so she can’t complete the profile.
Anyone free from admin for some advice please? xx |

She says there’s no button. It’s stuck on the photo verification part and she can’t get off it xx |

She’s tried, just taking her to the same page. She’s probably going to delete and try again. It will be the fourth time though, keeps sticking on that page xx |

I’m having the exact same issue for a friend of mine. There is no contact button. I have contacted admin on my account but they haven’t replied.
24 hours and still waiting. |

They need to log off to send the contact
Starting threads on the forum will not get an answer, they themselves need to ask Admin to look at it |
