you cant send a veri until you are verified .
if the person you are trying to verify is already verified then ask them to verify you 1st then ul be able to send theirs  |

You need to meet people at a club or social event and ask them to verify you.. The organiser of a social event will willingly do that. Look out for social events on the forums. |
