Attaching videos to messages

I uploaded a video that is set to private - how do I attach it to a message? Is that possible? When uploading under private setting it states you can send by private mail - but when I tried to attach it to a message I was sending, it doesn’t appear with the other photos

You cant attach them to messages.

Then does it say “ Private (you can send by private mail)” on the upload video and settings page ? What does private mail mean ?

Thank you and I got that from the first reply - but I asked a question about what private mail means as it’s next go the private setting option in grey text.
