Blocked, individially; or a category you've got message filters switched on for?

Have you previously have any interaction with the profile?

Things like, previous messages or winks, will remove the filter for that profile

Yes, they previously have messaged me, after which i have blocked that group. I have now blocked the individual anyway. Thanks
