I am able to log in to my account with no problems on my mobile phone, however unable to access account on my pc.
The user name and password are definitely correct as I've double checked on numerous occasions, i also sent a password reminder request and received an email confining the details i enter.
Can anyone help please? |

You dont mention what browser you are using. It could be cookie issues.
With firefox: Open browser, tools/options/privacy, accept cookies from sites & also 3rd party cookies. Hit ok, then exit.
With I.E: Open browser, Tools/Internet options/privacy tab/set the setting to "medium". Hit "apply & Ok.
