Extended silver membership with call - £56 charge

I extended my silver membership for 50 days with a phone call and ended up with a £56 charge, how's this even possible? Normally I'd do it with my bank card but it wouldn't work at the time. Hopefully can get this resolved!

That is very unusual as it will only charge you for the phone call then cut itself off. If you contact Admin from the contact button they will look into it for you

If you were making an international call from Sweden I should imagine your phone provider has charged you for the call. You are able to upgrade by a text which would avoid that.

Do it with text only cost you a £5

Obviously contact admin, I think it's likely only £5 went to fab and the rest was your or network charges. I've never heard of anybody having a problem and I have been a supporter for years.

Thanks for all the helpful replies,folks. My provider wasn't much help but the admin helped sort it out. As for text messaging that was restricted at the time for some reason. I'm a happy user and everything is good! Happy fabbing everyone
