Account disappeared

Me and my partner have set up a couples account we did the photo verification and become site supporters everything has been working fine then tried to log in today and it won’t allow us tried to search for our profile off our singles accounts through old basic search and it says it doesn’t exist. This is the second time this has happened and paid twice for site supporter can someone help
