Struggling to get my wife’s single profile photo verified...been hanging for nearly 2 hours.

Any ideas?

Hi we took our photo as described in verification process , it’s been 2 days and heard nothing and still not verified, unable to speak/meet some people join groups etc as verification still not showing??
