"Is anyone else having problems upgrading by txt to 79100?
Text just won't send. Sorry if this has been asked before"
The same has happened to me - I’m with IDMobile (part of Three) - my mobile network app shows I’ve been charged £5, adult content is allowed, yet no pin has come through after 1h30. The FAQs don’t help really and this happened to me a few months ago too (but text upgrade HAS worked in between). Frustrating to say the least  |

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the upgrade page doesn’t help. I refer to where it says:
“Not received a PIN but been charged?
If you check your credit after texting it may show reduced balance even though you haven't received your PIN. Your network is processing the text and it should be on it's way. DON'T TEXT AGAIN OR YOU MAY GET CHARGED TWICE! If your text does not arrive, you won't be charged.”
Last time this happened I waited 3 weeks until my next mobile bill was generated - that showed I was still charged, yet no text had ever arrived. There must be a glitch somewhere?  |
