Any moderators or admin around that can send us a message as got a question to ask but can't post it on forums incase breaks the rules.

To be fair, it's only admin that can deal with whatever it is. Even if it was chat or forum related then chat mods wouldn't really want to get involved unless it's a simple how to type of question. Any user or account related issue should go to admin.
They do get hundreds of mails and reports a day so can take time for them to get back to you, that is, if a response is needed.
