Issue on friends account as ye are normally great at getting back & they heard nothing think maybe even the reporting isnt working on contact page for them.
It started a week plus back, was told they had message in inbox, cleared all read messages as still couldnt find it. Empty mailbox yet it says they have a message. Messaged about it back then in this report area.
Then few days ago they decided to check forums, & post for first time. They type message, click post & then it pops up with two options, post new forum or go back to list however post never appears. Thought posting was replying to might have been deleted or something, same happened today so its issue on their page. They have not gotten a ban notice or anything. They are paying for usage.
They tried posting here to get help but it doesnt appear.
They have sent few messages over last week on contact page - im out of ideas bar posting here myself - anyone any other ideas what it might be?
Also had them clear cookies & turn phone off incase it was something technical their side. |

The one message thing is a bug, Admin are aware.
The not being able to post on the forum , they themselves will need to contact admin from the contact button
If they don't hear anything back then the block will be staying, if Admin are going to lift the block they will do so and let them know  |
