Yes could have left or if either of you had reported the other to admin, they will block you from each other and they won't show on your block list

It's possible they may have blocked you too, essentially a double blocking. Just my guess

I can’t see everyone I have blocked as the list is so long. Viewing on a pc shows loads I can’t see on my phone or iPad.
