Can I see whose Hotlist I appear on? I'm sure I could previously. Also, why do I appear on my own Hotlist

It doesn't show if you are on anyone's hotlist. No way to know unless you are told x

The whole idea of the hotlist is to keep it private. You could ask people though or try making first contact.

You’ve probably added yourself to your hotlist at sometime without realising it, you can also add yourself as a friend I believe. It gives some people a chance to talk to them self if no one else will
