Has anyone heard from admin yet? I’m still trying to reset the password for my single account. I noticed it’s not coming up on the search by username but I can find it through previous verification I have. At least I have our couple account for now to ask for hope. Please advise if you ladies or gentlemen have gotten a response back

forgotten password link they send a password reset to your email that you gave them when you signed up

Admin will help with that if you ask them from the contact button at the bottom of the page

That is different to the OP...but if you ask Admin from the contact button giving the username they should be able to help
