How to change from M to MF ?

Hi all, our profile has recently changed from MF to M for no reason! How can we change it back to MF? Doesnt seem to be any feature in edit account for this.

Hit report on your own profile and ask admin  |

Because your profile says "Man in London, Greater London, UK " and you have a single person's profile so maybe someone reported you and admin have reset your profile |

Thats my point, we NEVER changed it to Man in London, our profile was ALWAYS of a couple. M and A |

Contact link at bottom of any page to contact Admin 
Admin sometimes changes profiles if we verify that the current account type is no longer applicable e.g. a male using a couple's account or whatever (not saying that is the case here)
