Any ideas why I cant use my status update option?

When I write even 1 letter the option to post it disappears?

I had problems with my messages so try this

Type your status in the box the click outside the box and the post message button should reappear

We are having the same problem can't update out status try but send disappear

We've done a workaround on the update status page if those affected could confirm OK we'll roll out to other affected pages
