If they sent a message there is a report button on that, or on their profile the report and block buttons are still work.

I think you can still see the hamburger symbol on a blocked account. Click it and report from there.

From another thread:

"On the desktop version you can click on the profile and you'll see the "You can't view this profile" message.

Go to the blue menu on the left of the page and you still have the "Report User" and "Block User" buttons.

On the mobile version you can click on the profile and you'll see the "You can't view this profile" message.

Top right of the page, you'll see the Menu button, click that and you still have the "Report User" and "Block User" buttons."

I sometimes report people but they get away with it just block me even if they are fake. Site getting boring people just block because they get over 500 messages .

Neither of those two please. The best thing to do is report from the message or from the blue menu at the side of the profile which is still visible even if blocked by a person
