I know this seems to be a subject that keeps popping up but ...
We've only been here a couple of weeks. Played last weekend, and the lass put a verification up on us.
It has not appeared.
* She's verified
* She's never used our laptop or ip address
* We have no filters in place
* Manage verification from our account just tells us we can't because we're not yet verified.
I've had a look though here, can't see any reason why her veri has not come through.
Is there anything I've missed?

Normally when someone verifies you, you will receive a notification to say you have one. I’d ask the lady in question to send you another. Hopefully that will work.

We’ve had a problem where we can’t verify two people. Admin say it’s because we’re on the same WiFi, but we’re not. It’s not the end of the world but it appears there are a few glitches. |
