"If you're referring to your friends profile being blocked, did they do as suggested on your last thread? " Thank you for your reply. Sadly she cannot really do anything on the forums or anywhere else due to the restrictions placed on her profile. Just some sort of explanation would be nice. | |||

"Without more information in your post, we're going to struggle to give advice. Only admin can provide the support that the site provides and that is within the constraints that they inform us about. I appreciate that the mods are volunteers and that they have limited powers. That said there has been no response from admin to either her or myself. If there is something illegal or an emergency services requirement, you can use those appropriate external services. As a free site, the type and amount of support is limited, with mods working on a voluntary basis. They do an excellent job and if you have been advised by them that they can't do more, then you can only respect their advice, as it's clear. " | |||

If she has contacted admin from the contact button (which she will be able to from her profile) and received no response it usually means that they uphold their original decision | |||
