I have received an email notifying I have a new message from a user.
However when I log in, I cannot see new messages.
When I search for the username who sent the message (it's in the email notification) the profile splash page indicates:
"You can't view this profile
This profile is not available for you to view!
This can be one of three things: User's account is suspended by admin, user has blocked you or you have blocked user."
I am assuming its not due to a block on this occasion (think you can usually see messages in inbox still).
Would profile being suspended cause this to occur?
