For some reason I have a male verification on my profile, when (as far as I'm aware) I have only met women and couples?

Could anyone enlighten me please?

Unfortunately there is nothing for me to hide or delete.

There is no verification from a male in my verifications list. Which is why I'm so confused?

Sounds to me like a male has verified you then blocked you. This will remove the verification from your list but will still show in your verification summary.
