Photo verify

Hi, I have a female fb who is trying to sign up but her photo verification seems to be getting rejected despite (seemingly) fulfilling the criteria?!

I think there needs to be a little feed back box on that page where it asks you to photo verify so you can see what the issue is and rectify it.

In the meantime can an admin contact me so I can see what the problem is for her.

I agree that should be the obvious option but you can’t do anything apart from logout or delete account from that page

Contact admin function on the home screen if I recall correctly....

She can still contact Admin through the contact button

As long as she has her name and the site name with her fingers showing holding the paper it should go through
