Account changed - no warning

Currently its just male half playing, but its not permanent.
Someone has changed our account to a male only account and rejected half our photos. We have had account for 5 years, built up verifications etc and some of the photos we no longer have access too. Why has this happened and please can admin return our account back to how it was? |

If you ask Admin to review for you from the contact button

It could be an option to have your own single profile or people will think you are trying to bypass filters by using a couple one |

If the male half is only playing then set him up his own account as admin said you could be accused of trying to get around ladies filters x |

The profile says nothing about it only being the male playing. |

We've asked for it to be changed back but taking longer than a week in the jail..... |

Hi, it reads at the bottom of your profile that the male has his own single one. I'd suggest using your original single male one and when your wife returns to fab maybe offer to do another verification picture. Fingers crossed it works out.
I personally block single people using a couple profile
