Friends profile blocked

I have a friend who's profile seems to have been blocked.

It's not been deleted as she can still log in etc and we've checked it's not a hidden profile.

Any chance a mod could explain why if I give them her user name.

A mod won't be able to help. If the friend asks Admin from the contact button at the bottom of the page they will look into it
