STUCK ON PAGE - PLEASE HELP

"Page stuck on get photo verified"
My friend woke up this morning and her page was stuck on get photo verified as though someone has tried to hack into her account.
She can't move off the page, only log in and out.
She had emailed admin several times with no reply.
Has this happened to anyone before?
Any help will be greatly appreciated xx |

They need to photo verify to complete registration. I think if they have been here before recently or have another profile you have to verify your new account although I could be wrong. |

It doesn't mean it has been hacked, it just means she / he has to photo verify before the profile becomes active
If she / he makes sure the name of the site and the username is on the paper that is being held it should be approved |
