That's not exactly true you are automatically blocked by the profile you report so if the person attempts to mail again they will not be able to and if they haven't blocked him its relatively simple to work out you have been reported.
So its NOT anonymous. |

Reporting is anonymous as in the person who has been reported won't be told who reported them
You are not automatically blocked by Admin for all scenarios but if you were blocked from someone you are not told by Admin that you have been blocked from each other. As anyone can block another person then the person being reported won't know if it is an Admin block or the person they pissed off enough to be reported blocked them themselves |

We got a message this morning. Saying we had copied his photos and they had reported us. Another and we get banned. Had no notification from admin. I can honestly say they are our photos and not from anywhere else. I was mortified. As I'm new to fab myself. Sooty been here before. It wasn't what I was expecting. We've had no contact with this person so im like WTF. How does the banning work ??? |

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

That doesn't sound legit at all. Admin don't name names. Iv had photos reported as fake/copied in one way or another and the official admin message just says about breaching site rules. I know 100% 1 report was that a pic was copied as the guy who reported me told me hahahahaha!
If it wasnt a fake admin message, but from a member then report the message to admin x |
