I've tried to get messages back I accidentally deleted. I read somewhere if u go back on your browser it brings them back. Unfortunately I have usually pressed another menu item before I realise I deleted one so I can never get the message back, but there's my suggestion, are you going back on browser rather than going to home or updates etc? |

Yeah it's a bug sometimes you have to delete them several times before they finally die |
